Puro Clean came to our home promptly after our call to them and spent almost two hours inspecting the attic. Within one day they sent us a very reasonable estimate of the work required to restore the attic to a safe, healthy area. The employees were very professional and personable. They answered questions about the procedures they were using and were efficient in their work. Someone always called us each day before coming to work on the attic. They talked with us and shared some time to talk with us, explain timelines and share encouragement and a laugh. We felt like more than just another job to them. They almost feel like family! I would call them again if we had another disaster of any sort.
