The CPR Process

  • You can assign a loss electronically or by calling our National Call Center at 800-775-7876.
  • Upon assignment notification, every CPR-certified PuroClean office will make contact within 60 minutes.
  • A CPR-certified PuroClean Representative will conduct an on-site inspection within four hours of receiving the assignment.
  • An updated status report will be provided by the representative within 24 hours of the inspection. All reports, readings, and real-time data are collected through our PuroMetrix™ claims management system.
  • Within 48 hours of job completion, a complete package of supporting documentation will be sent from the CPR-certified PuroClean office.

PuroClean utilizes PuroLogic — a claims management system as part of our Certified Priority Response (CPR) program for loss notice assignment, job data collection, and reporting back to the insurance company, adjuster or claims manager. This system allows all our offices to run their business efficiently while providing the superior customer experience PuroClean clients have come to trust.

The first notice of loss comes into our National Call Center at 800-775-7876, which is then entered into PuroLogic and assigned to the closest CPR-certified PuroClean office. The certified PuroClean office then manages that job using PuroLogic to provide the insurance client access to data in real-time as job information is uploaded to the system both from the office and in the field using handheld tablets. The system shows moisture readings and mapping, photos, and job diary documentation, as well as digital customer signature, captures. PuroLogic can also easily be used for centralized billing for regional and national clients.
