Puroclean came out the very same night to begin taking out the affected areas. The owner himself came, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He told me what I should expect and gave me his cell phone number to contact him at any time (which I did, and he always responded). I always felt like I was in the loop. The professional, excellent work quickly. With all the mess that I went through during the insurance claim process, dealing with PuroClean was the only point that I felt at ease."
