Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluate affected areas and determine packout scope with the Project Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify items requiring special handling (electronics, documents, antiques, valuables)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish staging areas and safe pathways for removal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inventory &amp; Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create detailed room-by-room inventories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photograph and label items using a tracking system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain chain-of-custody records for all contents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Packing &amp; Handling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use appropriate packing materials and methods by item type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disassemble\/reassemble furniture when necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect fragile, high-value, or sensitive items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Removal, Transport &amp; Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Load\/unload contents safely into company vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transport to secure storage or cleaning facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize items in storage for efficient retrieval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cleaning Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Separate items for specialized cleaning (textiles, electronics, documents)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with contents cleaning vendors as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify items are restored to pre-loss condition when possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Return &amp;
