Owner

Joined PuroClean in 2022

Maurice is the owner of the family owned and operated restoration company, PuroClean of Fort Myers Shores. PuroClean of Fort Myers Shores is a growing restoration company that specializes in water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and biohazard removal services. Maurice joined the PuroClean family in August of 2022 following an extensive career in the waste industry.

Kaitlyn Nalley

Business Manager

Joined PuroClean in 2022

Kaitlyn was born in Kentucky and recently moved to Florida with hopes to grow both personally and professionally. Prior to joining the PuroClean family, Kaitlyn obtained her Business Management degree from The University of Kentucky. Kaitlyn is eager to learn, meet new people in her community and most excited to help others in need. As Business Manager, Kaitlyn will strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.

Adam Little

Director of Operations

Joined PuroClean in 2022

Adam is a Kentucky native who moved to Florida to start a new career with PuroClean. As Director of Operations, Adam manages the crews and job sites, provides estimates, and maintains the company's equipment and inventory. Adam has a construction background and previously owned his own painting business before starting his journey with PuroClean. Adam is very passionate about helping others in need and that is what excited him most when joining the PuroClean family.

Fredy Gonzalez

Lead Technician

Joined PuroClean in September 2022

Fredy was born in Mexico but was raised, right here, in the heart of Southwest Florida. Fredy joined our team with experience in commercial/residential construction and roofing. Growing up in Florida, Fredy also has experience in storm work. Fredy has helped his community pick up the pieces after both Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Ian. Fredy's strong work ethic, loyal personality, and love for helping others excites us to have him apart of our PuroClean team!

Ian Allen

Lead Technician

Joined PuroClean in October 2022

Ian was born and raised in Lehigh Acres but has lived and worked throughout Florida and Georgia. Ian has a background in maintenance and remodeling for both residential and commercial properties. He started out as a temp hire during Hurricane Ian but immediately showed us his strong work ethic and high quality work which has made him one of our Lead Technicians. Ian is motivated to help maintain, rebuild, and improve his hometown. We are very happy to have Ian apart of our PuroClean family!
