We have had the unfortunate experience of needing remediation services multiple times over the past few years. After the first incident, we accepted the vendor assigned by the insurance company. Since we did not know what to expect, we assumed that an incredibly messy work area and "unprofessional" workers were the standard for this type of service. We were assigned PuroClean after the second incident and were blown away by the difference between them and the previous vendor. PC conducted their business very professionally from the managers to the field staff... everyone looked the part and acted the part. The work site stayed amazingly clean over the several days it took to finish the process. If a mess had to be made it was cleaned up before they left for the day. The Field Staff was very courteous and friendly, answering any and all questions I had throughout the process. I truly can't explain the relief their service provided us compared with the dread of what we thought we were about to experience again. These are the guys you never want to call, but if you need it, they are definitely who you should call. Which is why when we had yet a third water incident... on Christmas night no less(!!)... knowing we would be dealing with PuroClean removed one aspect of the stress caused by the situation. This review may sound too good, but it is the honest to goodness truth! They are good people who do excellent work!

Puroclean was called in when our dishwasher sprung a leak in there intake line, flooded the kitchen floor, and required old linoleum and floor to be torn up and replaced. Puroclean arrived while the flooring company was still ripping out the top layer of floor, took charge by installing fans and dehumidifiers in the kitchen as well as below the kitchen to dry the floor. Once installed, Puroclean techs visited on a near daily basis to inspect and rearrange the the fans as necessary to achieve maximum drying in the shortest amount of time. I found all the employees -from Richard and Phil and all the techs to the office manager, who used her knowledge to solve a drying problem at the last moment before the new floor was installed-to be thoroughly knowledgeable, very professional, friendly, helpful, prompt and courteous. I really cannot praise them too highly. While I hope never to have to call for their services again, i would not hesitate to call them again.

Unfortunately our demon possessed refrigerator decided it was going to go from freezing everything at 17F to becoming a literal waterfall in the kitchen! We notified our insurance company just so there would be a record of it, but they immediately sent out Mr. Phil Cardone from PuroClean. Mr. Cardone was extremely professional, but also equally friendly. He did what he had to do quickly, but did so without rushing anything! He explained what the process was & ensured we didn't have any questions and/or concerns. Everything was nearly automatic from our point of view. Next the guys from PuroClean arrived & the two gentlemen, were just that gentleman! They were completely professional, very friendly & polite. They went out of their way to ensure things got covered up from any possible dust etc. They both continuously updated me as to what was going on, what they're next step was & how the process works. I honestly have never had service providers take the time to explain what they are doing & why, before doing it & ensuring we didn't have any questions or concerns. They worked fast, but without rushing anything. To say these guys were extremely impressive would be an understatement of astronomical proportions. PuroClean has been out here every single day to take new readings, ensure the equipment was functioning properly & the last thing every team member from PuroClean does is ensure that any questions and/or concerns are taken care of. Truly a Master Class in Customer Service & quality work!

Their team was very thorough and not only did a great job repairing our problem, but they were also able to identify the source of the problem so we could get it fixed while other quotes we received from other companies were not able to identify the problem. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional group. Steve and Brandon were great, always communicated openly, and worked without disrupting us. We both work from home and they were aware of that and made sure not to disturb us. Excellent job.

Very professional! A team came out the day after I called them to evaluate my water problem in the downstairs bathroom. A two-man crew arrived the next day and on time! They were very pleasant and professional. It took them short time to take up the damaged floor and placed the drying out equipment in the bathroom. They also had to remove the sink and toilet. The next day they removed their equipment, and I was all set to my next step! Mine was a small job but I was treated like it was a big job!

Puroclean of Columbia did such a fantastic job on a cleanup of a leak we had in our kitchen. The Puroclean crew was knowledgeable, great communicators throughout the job, and just so professional. I would definitely recommend Puroclean for your next clean-up.

After experiencing major water damage, our insurance company immediately brought in PuroClean. They truly are The Paramedics of Property Damage. We did not realize the damage water could cause underneath hardwood floors. These people not only knew how to do their job, they carried a pack of compassion and understanding of the loss and disruption one can experience with these kind of issues.
