Puroclean was called in when our dishwasher sprung a leak in there intake line, flooded the kitchen floor, and required old linoleum and floor to be torn up and replaced. Puroclean arrived while the flooring company was still ripping out the top layer of floor, took charge by installing fans and dehumidifiers in the kitchen as well as below the kitchen to dry the floor. Once installed, Puroclean techs visited on a near daily basis to inspect and rearrange the the fans as necessary to achieve maximum drying in the shortest amount of time. I found all the employees -from Richard and Phil and all the techs to the office manager, who used her knowledge to solve a drying problem at the last moment before the new floor was installed-to be thoroughly knowledgeable, very professional, friendly, helpful, prompt and courteous. I really cannot praise them too highly. While I hope never to have to call for their services again, i would not hesitate to call them again.
