Stephen Bramell (Realistic Reviewer)

Unfortunately our demon possessed refrigerator decided it was going to go from freezing everything at 17F to becoming a literal waterfall in the kitchen! We notified our insurance company just so there would be a record of it, but they immediately sent out Mr. Phil Cardone from PuroClean. Mr. Cardone was extremely professional, but also equally friendly. He did what he had to do quickly, but did so without rushing anything! He explained what the process was & ensured we didn't have any questions and/or concerns. Everything was nearly automatic from our point of view. Next the guys from PuroClean arrived & the two gentlemen, were just that gentleman! They were completely professional, very friendly & polite. They went out of their way to ensure things got covered up from any possible dust etc. They both continuously updated me as to what was going on, what they're next step was & how the process works. I honestly have never had service providers take the time to explain what they are doing & why, before doing it & ensuring we didn't have any questions or concerns. They worked fast, but without rushing anything. To say these guys were extremely impressive would be an understatement of astronomical proportions. PuroClean has been out here every single day to take new readings, ensure the equipment was functioning properly & the last thing every team member from PuroClean does is ensure that any questions and/or concerns are taken care of. Truly a Master Class in Customer Service & quality work!
