Owner, Robin Hoy

Robin Hoy

Owner

Robin enjoys running the day-to-day operations and developing processes within the business. She holds presentations at real estate agencies and chamber events and teaches CE classes for insurance professionals. Robin completed the NYC Marathon in 2019 which was on her bucket list of things to do while raising money for the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society. Robin also enjoys adventures with her family including hiking, running and playing pickleball.

Chris manages the workflow of PuroClean. Chris’s background in construction management is a huge plus when opening the PuroClean doors back in 2010. Chris has several certifications through IICRC, Indoor Air Quality Association, and is Lead certified. He walks real estate agents, property managers, adjusters, insurance agents, and lawyers through the mold remediation process. Chris enjoys hiking, and petting his personal trainer, Malcolm the Dog, when he is not on the golf course.

Joined PuroClean in 2024

Kevin comes to us with 20 years of operation management experience. He really enjoys the restoration industry for its ability to help people on a daily basis. When Kevin is not working with PuroClean, he enjoys spending time with his wife Gina and his two teenage boys attending baseball games and rock climbing. Excited to have you, Kevin!

Gwen D'Amico

Operations Manager

Joined PuroClean in 2018

With Gwen’s bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and environmental consulting experience, she seamlessly handles all of the paperwork involved in a restoration business. Not only does Gwen work with the property owners, but contacts adjusters, insurance agents, and claim managers on a regular basis. Gwen is usually the first point of contact when you reach out to the Matawan PuroClean office. Gwen enjoys teaching yoga, visiting amusement parks, and spending time with her cats.
Jeff Fortunato, Lead Technician

Lead Technician

Jeff has been with PuroClean of Matawan since we opened our doors. As a lead technician with several IICRC certifications, Jeff uses his experience in the construction industry to respond to property damage calls with excellent customer service to each of PuroClean’s clients. Jeff’s sense of humor is infectious and he can be found sending funny pictures and videos of his cat to his fellow employees.

Kyle Hoy

Lead Technician

As Chris and Robin’s eldest son, Kyle has literally grown up in the business. Kyle’s favorite part of being a technician is tearing out damaged sheetrock, trim, and flooring as quickly and efficiently as possible. No matter what time of day or night, just give Kyle a Monster energy drink and he is good to go onto the next job.

Oscar Molina

Technician

Oscar joined the PuroClean team with a solid background in construction, including concrete work, drywall, painting, and water restoration. He enjoys the variety that comes with visiting different homes and helping customers through the water remediation process. Outside of work, Oscar loves playing soccer, spending quality time with his family, and unwinding with video games like Fortnite and GTA.

Jose Soriano

Technician

With over five years of experience in construction, water restoration, and fire restoration, Jose brings a strong work ethic and hands-on expertise to every job. He takes pride in being part of the PuroClean team, where he enjoys helping customers restore their homes and peace of mind. Outside of work, Jose channels his creativity into writing rap lyrics and is passionate about learning more about personal finance and investing.

Frances Zambardino

Technician

Joined PuroClean in 2023

Frances comes to PuroClean with her skills as a professional organizer. Frances helps PuroClean's customers itemize, pack and document their contents during an emergency such as fire, mold or water damage. Frances is a former flight attendant and she still has the travel bug in her where she travels with her daughter exploring local reservations trails in South Mountain or Watchung, but camping in NY and travelling to Israel.

Jeni DiVirgilio

Sales Manager

Jeni has 18 years experience in the real estate industry, where she has used PuroClean numerous times. It’s natural for Jeni to represent PuroClean through her experience with her clients who need water and mold remediation in order to close on their transactions. Jeni is an active Chamber Board Member with GWACC, involved in numerous business networking groups. When Jeni is not out networking, you can find her spending time with her family at the Jersey Shore.

Emilee O'Dell

Marketing Manager

Emilee comes to Puroclean from higher education administration where she directs professional development programming for private college and university presidents. Not only does Emilee manage PuroClean’s social media presence but she also supports us in our marketing and webpage development. When she is not working, Emilee is playing pickleball, hiking, or cuddling her cat, Sedona.
Malcolm Hoy the dog

Malcolm the Dog

Head of Security

Malcolm holds the dual titles of Head of Rodent Security and Personal Trainer for the PuroClean franchise. His interest in property restoration began at five weeks old, when he was rescued from a sewer. At seven months, Malcolm joined the Hoy family and began pursuing his loftiest goals to date. Currently, he spends his days protecting all available properties from the damage posed by squirrels and chipmunks, and encouraging employees to use lunch breaks for long walks.
