A Systematic Property Damage Restoration Approach

Here at your Metairie-based PuroClean, we are all about building relationships through each project we handle, which has allowed us to serve several repeat customers. In addition, we are also the only certified applicator in the state of Louisiana for Bactibarrier. What makes our office different from other offices is our insurance experience and expertise. Combined, our office has over 30 years of insurance experience. Prior to PuroClean, our owner Michael was a catastrophe property insurance adjuster, handling a variety of different claims, as well as legal aspects of claims and litigation. He is able and willing to use his experience to advise our clients more effectively than many mitigation specialists. We love our community, and we proudly handle jobs as large as those directed from the NOLA Sewage and Water Board, hotels including LaQuinta and InTown Suites, and the Downtown New Orleans Springhill Suites.

Property Damage Restoration is More than a Technical Problem

Our owners first settled in Metairie because they love the family-oriented area and wanted to be close to family, but they have stayed for the amazing atmosphere. The city itself is so diverse but down to earth at the same time. There is always something to do or something going on. New Orleans is rich with history; there is nowhere else on earth like it. The most important reason our entire office loves the area we service is because it’s home.

Metairie customers appreciate a predictable, systematic recovery process, with our team promptly answering questions and giving consistent updates on progress towards normalcy. Customers just call us at (504)799-0400 or email us at mkeppner@puroclean.com and we usually respond within an hour or two.
