Using a thermal camera and moisture meter, we easily identified the water’s spread.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We immediately began the water extraction by eliminating the standing water from the basement. Then, our skilled technicians removed all the saturated building materials, including the drywall and baseboards, around the room’s perimeter. After these portions were gone, we could dry the remaining exposed structure using our advanced dehumidifiers and air movers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Checking in daily with moisture meters, our crew accelerated the drying process by drilling holes at the baseboard level. After we dried the affected area to our satisfaction, we applied an antimicrobial solution across the exposed structure to prevent secondary damage (such as mold growth).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our air movers and dehumidifiers made quick work of the drying process.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
