They came out immediately to help with the water damage in my condo and were so understanding, especially since this was my first time ever going through something like this and I was completely overwhelmed. **Kelby** with PuroClean and the mitigation company that assisted me were absolutely amazing. Kelby and **Michael, the Project Manager**, truly went above and beyond. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered every single question with patience, and provided hands-on support that made me feel safe and at ease—especially with my anxiety being at an all-time high during this experience. Well where shall I begin? I guess at the beginning. Kelby, Marco and Leo showed up with kindness, respect and of course equipment . Explained what they were about to do and expectation of what they hoped to achieve. Needless to say their hopes and expectations, as well as ours, was met with much joy. Thank you so much guys and PuroClean for helping us out during this stressful time. I will definitely sing your praises to anyone who would need your services.

Day after Christmas 2025, I parked the car in the garage for the first time. Foot slipped and reverse hit the wooden shelving unit. Shelving unit tilted and partial break thru garage wall to guest bedroom. Contacted Allstate – late afternoon on a holiday weekend. Offered Puro Clean as an emergency fix to the holes until I could hire contractor. Miguel & Kleber arrived on Monday 29th about 2pm – Windy and cold. Together we reviewed the crack & holes. Kleber gathered the tools and supplies for fix. While Miguel took pics and measurements and explained the temp fix to secure home and stop the draft. As requested, the guys took down the wooden shelves (3 shelves across back wall). They took away the debris and cleaned up the areas. Excellent teamwork!

Miguel and his team from Puroclean was very professional. They carried urgency and seriousness the entire time during the ordeal with my home. I had a mold issue in my kitchen so I had to have walls and kitchen countertops come out. I was a wreck as I have never experienced anything of that magnitude with home repair. I really appreciated Puroclean discussing my options and making sure I understood what they would be doing before doing the service. There were no surprises and that put me at ease given the uncertainty of the situation. They work around your schedule so you don’t feel pressured into building your life and schedule around a businesses limited availability so I liked that as well. I also loved they cared that I had a small child in the home so they made sure the equipment (humidifiers and fans) was in safe and hard to reach spaces for my child’s safety( bonus points for that). The staff was kind and they kept to the integrity of my home and belongings during cleanup as well. The issue with my home was unforseen but Puroclean did a really good job with cleaning out the mold and ensuring myself and my child had a healthy living space. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and quick work practices. I highly recommend.

Upon requesting an estimate, I was promptly assigned an estimator, Miguel Coca, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism. He and his crew members, Yordon, Luis, Wilber, Kleber, and Marco, effectively addressed the crawl space issue in a manner that minimized any disruption to my business operations. Great guy to work with.

Miguel Coca Production Mngr. Came to my house very quickly and stabilized the situation. Next day Miguel, Kleber and Marco worked all day to remove the mold. They were professional and very careful. They cleaned up everything after the job. Miguel is very capable and cares about his customers. He is an asset to PuroClean.
