It’s no secret our world has been rocked the last several weeks.  And uncertainty seems to be the only constant we share. But one thing you can feel assured of, PuroClean Emergency Services is here to support you! Experiencing water, fire, mold and biohazard property damage can be devasting- we want to relieve some of that pain.

What does that mean?

  • We are an essential service and continue to respond promptly to emergency water, fire and biohazard claims. We strive for a 2 hour response time.
  • PuroClean Emergency Services is taking appropriate precautions with current staff as part of our COVID -19 safety protocol – daily temperatures are taken of all employees; equipment is wiped down with a disinfectant after each use; we are utilizing social distancing to the best of our ability both on and off the job.
  • If you have mold questions or concerns, we are happy to walk through your property via Facetime. If an onsite inspection is needed we can schedule that too.
  • We continue to work with all insurance carriers following industry guidelines and pricing standards.
  • COVID-19 cleaning is currently a key focus. If you have a residential or commercial property that you would like cleaned as a preventative measure or if you have had a family member or an employee test positive for the COVID-19 virus and need a more aggressive cleaning done, please call our office to discuss pricing and the cleaning options we offer.
