To make a long story short, he did not properly secure the exhaust fan. This caused poor ventilation, which led to serious mold growth from the shower\/sink steam. The mold problem started impacting the homeowners’ health, causing migraines and breathing issues. Our clients did not have a specific time frame to complete the job, but it was important to get the job done as soon as possible for the homeowners’ health and safety. Our stellar technicians, Mike and Travis, worked together as a team, stepping in quickly to remediate the mold. The job required a small amount of demo work to locate and treat all the mold, which we reconstructed after the fact. A new exhaust fan with a proper seal was also installed to fix the problem that originally caused the mold. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entire job took just about a week to complete. Our crew took proper precautions throughout the entire process, containing the contaminated area, and keeping the homeowners and themselves safe.
