One of our biggest jobs was mold remediation for a local bank’s branch location. The branch has been in place for over 30 years and never had been cleaned. We had to remove a large amount of stored trash, then deal with both contaminated blown-in insulation and Batt-insulation. After, we had to remove heavy mold from the attic that had had a roof leak for many years. We finally had to seal up the entire attic with an antimicrobial sealant.
