I am so incredibly pleased with PuroClean and couldn't ask for a more prompt, professional and thorough fix to a scary problem (water coming through the ceiling from the upstairs bath). Gianni was at my house within 1 1/2 hours of me calling in, in the evening for no additional charge. He took his time assessing all the damage and laying out a plan to address it, set up equipment and walked me through the upcoming days, took measurements to be thorough before generously leaving a fan for a few extra days, and was always friendly and flexible to stop by and check on things within my schedule. I was certain I was in for thousands of dollars worth of repairs, but thanks to Gianni's quick response and knowledgeable plan of attack, the carpet, subfloor, baseboards and drywall have all been salvaged with no long lasting damage. And the best part? I was shocked by how fair and honest the bill was. What a pleasant surprise! Five stars through and through
