We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage, serving people on some of the worst days of their lives. About the Role
<\/strong>As a\u00a0Restoration Technician<\/strong>, you\u2019ll be part of a team responding to water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. You\u2019ll help restore properties, support customers during stressful situations, and keep our equipment and job sites clean and professional.

No two days are the same – this is hands-on, active work with room to grow. You do not need restoration certifications to be successful here. If you are dependable, physically capable, and take direction well, we can teach you the technical side.


What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong>
– Perform water restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobs
– Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
– Keep job sites\u00a0clean, safe, and professional
– Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
– Communicate\u00a0clearly with your supervisor, office staff, and teammates
– Follow safety procedures, uniforms, and company standards
– Treat customers with\u00a0respect and empathy\u00a0during difficult situations

Requirements:<\/strong>
– Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn\u00a0
– Comfortable with\u00a0physical labor\u00a0in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting\u00a050+ lbs\u00a0and being on your feet most of the day
– Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
– Any related background is helpful (moving\/pack-outs, construction, demolition, detailing, car wash, warehouse, general labor)
– Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
– Available for\u00a0on-call and occasional weekend wor

No prior restoration experience? We still want to hear from you! Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a\u00a0<\/em>Restoration Technician Assistant\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>role.<\/em>

Pay, Schedule & Benefits<\/strong>
– Pay:<\/strong>\u00a0$20-$25\/hr (based on experience)
– Performance bonuses<\/strong>
– Total earning potential:<\/strong>\u00a0$50,000-$80,000\/year
– Full-Time or Part-Time available
– On-call and weekends as needed
– Paid training and industry certifications
– Clear path to becoming a\u00a0Lead Technician<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Project Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
