Leslie and her team were amazing. First of all, I was afraid to call because I wasn't even sure I had mold. Leslie reassured me that she was happy to just come out and take a look. She was very professional and laid out the best case scenario through the worst case scenario and sent me a detailed estimate. She also assured me that if I needed to work with other contractors, like a plumber, she knew who to call. When Travis and Carlos came out to do the work, they were so respectful and professional. They worked quickly and once in a while came to get me to show me things. All in all, I was lucky that the job ended up being the best case scenario and not costing too much, but even if I had needed more, I really trusted that they had my interests in mind.
