Unfortunately since that day I've had another pipe leak from an upstairs unit and a toilet leak but Puroclean has been immediately on the case for each of them; handling claims paperwork, logistics with the city, and in an ultimate sign of excellent customer service even met with Roto Rooter while I was out of town in order to prevent a sewage backup...without billing me a nickel for his time at 9pm on a weeknight. I could not be more impressed with Ted Grieg & Puroclean in all aspects of their business & recommend them highly to anyone with water damage, leaks, or cleanup work that needs customer-focused TLC and not just another poorly executed cover-up like so many other contractors attempt to do.
