Our Story

Founded in 2001, PuroSystems, LLC. is a leader in the franchise restoration industry, having launched PuroClean, which has become one of the leading property damage remediation franchise organizations in North America. With a network of over offices, PuroClean touches the lives of people in communities throughout the U.S. and Canada by providing 24-hour property emergency restoration services.

PuroClean, a fire and water damage restoration company, as well as a mold and mildew removal company also offers biohazard cleanup services. Serving residential and commercial property owners in the United States and Canada, PuroClean Franchisees help families and businesses overcome the trauma of property damage and loss through responsiveness, exceptional restoration service, and compassion.

Our “rescue” work ethic has earned PuroClean the reputation of being known as “The Paramedics of Property Damage™”. A Paramedic is a first responder, an authority that brings calm and confidence, stopping further harm, administering emergency on-site treatment, and stabilizing a situation to allow for subsequent professional aid and assistance when required.

With experience in the restoration industry since 2018. Jackson is passionate about helping people recover from unexpected disasters and getting their lives back to normal. Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and takes pride in staying calm, professional, and efficient no matter the situation. He's driven, hands-on, and fully committed to building a business that not only provides excellent service but also makes a positive and lasting impact in the community.

Adam Shack

Owner/CFO

Joined PuroClean in 2025

Adam Shack is the Co-Owner of PuroClean of Northeast Raleigh. With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Adam brings a strong foundation in business operations, financial management, and client relations. A deeply family-oriented individual, Adam is passionate about helping people through difficult times and takes pride in delivering dependable, compassionate service to every customer. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his daughters and fishing along the NC coast.

James Hooker

Head of Sales & Client Relations

Joined PuroClean in 2025

James brings a strong background in project management and a deep passion for helping others to his role at PuroClean of Northeast Raleigh. As Director of Sales & Business Development, he leads our in-person marketing and relationship-building efforts, working closely with clients, referral partners, and community members to ensure they feel supported every step of the way. James is deeply committed to the restoration industry and takes great pride in ensuring every client feels cared for.
