Prior to founding PuroClean of Tuscaloosa, Hunter worked for a regional third-party claims management and insurance support company and most recently with a local regional bank in the company's commercial banking group. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and holds IICRC certifications in WTR, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, and OCT. Hunter also owns PuroClean offices in Birmingham, Mobile, and Montgomery.
Laura Smitherman

Laura Smitherman

General Manager

Laura joined the PuroClean team in 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in the restoration industry. She oversees both mitigation and reconstruction divisions of PuroClean in Birmingham, Montgomery, and Tuscaloosa, including project management, estimating, and day-to-day operations of the business.

Antonio Little

Mitigation Manager

Antonio Little joined the PuroClean team in January 2023. He has 25 years experience in the restoration industry. Tony is IICRC certified in applied microbial remediation, water damage restoration, carpet repair reinstallation, fire and smoke damage restoration., applied structural drying and odor control. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, traveling and spending time with family.

John joined the PuroClean team in August of 2020 as the Business Development Manager. John has worked in the restoration industry for two years and is WRT certified through IICRC. After graduating from Auburn University, John moved to Utah where he lived for six years. During his time out west, he enjoyed skiing during is free time.

Darrin Davis

Business Development Officer

With over three decades in outside sales, Darrin brings a wealth of experience selling diverse products across the southern region. A proud Alabama native, Darrin finds a home at PuroClean of Tuscaloosa, where the supportive ownership fosters a conducive environment for achieving professional goals. Outside of work, he enjoys attending sporting events and concerts.

Office Manager

Kati joined the PuroClean team in December 2021 as the Office Manager. She graduated from Gadsden State with a degree in Applied Science of Radiologic Technology. Kati has extensive office management experience from previous positions. In her spare time, Kati enjoys spending time with family, fishing, scrap booking and crafting.

Marketing Director

Allie joined the PuroClean team in January 2020. She attended the University of Georgia where she received a degree in Marketing and received her Masters in Marketing at the University of Alabama. In her spare time, Allie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
