Now the area is home to many public companies along with small and family-owned businesses. The region is a performing arts hub with landmarks like the Madrid Theatre and the NoHo Arts District.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cynthia Varjabedian says that the San Fernando Valley is dear to her heart.
