What is the National Response Team?

The PuroClean National Response Team (NRT) is comprised of an exclusive group of PuroClean franchise operations designated to provide mitigation and restoration services to clients and customers with properties throughout the United States. The NRT’s role is to assist our customers in getting back to normal and operational as soon as possible. We directly respond to and work with our PuroClean network to facilitate a response to commercial property losses of water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup caused by mechanical failures, natural disasters or any other event with world-class service.

What do we do?

The PuroClean National Response Team (NRT) works with clients to reduce the impact of property damage. We specialize in repairing, renovating, and returning properties to their original condition after damage caused by a local event or natural disaster. Our core services include: Water Damage Restoration: This service is provided when properties suffer from water damage due to floods, leaks, or burst pipes. The PuroClean NRT works to remove excess water, dry the affected areas, and repair or replace damaged materials. Fire Damage Restoration: After a fire incident, restoration services are needed to clean up the affected areas, remove smoke and soot residues, odors, and rebuild or repair damaged properties. Mold Remediation: Mold can pose health risks and cause damage to buildings. PuroClean NRT provides services which include removing building materials affected by mold, addressing the source of moisture, and restoring affected areas. Biohazard Clean-up: This is the specialized process of cleaning, sanitizing, and decontaminating areas that have been exposed to hazardous biological materials. Materials can include blood, bodily fluids, pathogens, and other potentially infectious substances. Biohazard clean-up is crucial to protect public health, prevent the spread of diseases, and ensure a safe environment in situations involving accidents, crime scenes, or infectious disease outbreaks. Post Mitigation Repairs: This includes the restoration and repair work that takes place after mitigation services have been performed to address a particular issue or damage. These repairs are essential to bring the property back to a safe and functional condition.
