Water, Fire, and Mold Technician

Job Description Water, Fire, Mold Restoration Technician Are you a LEADER with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE? PuroClean is an emergency property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire, smoke damage restoration, and mold remediation. We serve all of Western New York and we are located in Orchard Park. We have immediate openings for Technicians and are searching for motivated candidates to become members of our team and contribute to the success of our national franchise in all areas of remediation. The Technician position would be part of cleaning and water extraction, fire restoration and mold remediation on projects involving residential, commercial buildings and contents. Pay for the position is $16 – $18 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities for Technician:

* Follow the job site safety conditions and procedural protocol

* Perform assigned tasks as part of the crew with quality and care

* Be a flexible team player and demonstrate a can-do attitude at all times

* Water extraction, remedial demolition and drying

* Clean smoke damage from affected structures and contents

* Mold remediation work

* Maintain company image and attitude* Be available 24hrs / 7 days (as required)

Required Skills for Technician:

* Excellent communication and customer care skills

* Express curiosity, problem solving and interest in developing knowledge of current technology and systems

* Industry certifications are helpful, but not necessary; we will train you in state-of-the-art methods and procedures
