PuroClean Disaster Services (PDS) has recently acquired PuroClean Restoration Services (PRS) with two locations in the Detroit Metropolitan area: PuroClean of Waterford Township and PuroClean of Plymouth. This brings the PuroClean Disaster Services network to a total of 10 locations across five major US metroplexes. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our company’s growth, having doubled our franchise coverage in the last three years.
Additionally, our Detroit offices are proud to have a dedicated support staff of over 20 people, ensuring that we can continue to provide top-notch service to all of our clients across the country. We are thrilled to expand the PDS family and are excited about the possibilities this merger brings.
Our PDS Family Gets Bigger
With this acquisition, we would like to introduce our newest co-owner, David Max. David is the managing director of our Detroit offices. He hails from West Bloomfield, MI, and graduated from Waterford Mott High School. While David is new to the property restoration industry, he has an extensive sales and digital marketing background. Keegan, Tim, and David are committed to preserving the high standards of quality and service that PDS is known for. The trio will work closely with the existing operations team for a smooth transition and ensure that the customer experience remains at a high level.
