I was impressed with Efrain's knowledge and background in the field and chose your company over others not only because Efrain gave me a good impression after meeting him when he came out to give me an estimate, but mainly because of the plant-based product you use to kill the mold spores! After heavy rains backed up the storm drains and flooded by basement condo in summer of 2014 I met with several companies that offered to help me clean it up. Puroclean stood out from the rest with a quote that clearly explained all aspects of the project with fair pricing that reflected the integrity and thoroughness of their work. After completely renovating my entire condo including meticulously removing, sanding, and replacing my vintage hardwood floors; he handed back the keys along with a clear mold inspection. Unfortunately since that day I've had another pipe leak from an upstairs unit and a toilet leak but Puroclean has been immediately on the case for each of them; handling claims paperwork, logistics with the city, and in an ultimate sign of excellent customer service even met with Roto Rooter while I was out of town in order to prevent a sewage backup...without billing me a nickel for his time at 9pm on a weeknight.
I could not be more impressed with Ted Grieg & Puroclean in all aspects of their business & recommend them highly to anyone with water damage, leaks, or cleanup work that needs customer-focused TLC and not just another poorly executed cover-up like so many other contractors attempt to do.
