On time the days they were here, cleaned up at the end of the day, answered any questions or concerns I had, and did a great job for what I hired the company for. Cassandra at the office was awesome too. If I needed an invoice or report she would send them right over to me. She answered the phone promptly, answered all my questions and if she couldn’t she would call me back with an answer. I am very satisfied with hiring Puroclean to be part of the restoration process on my home. The company and people made me feel comfortable and were a pleasure to deal with considering the situation."
