I called Puroclean in for another estimate, hoping I would feel good about this company, and I was. Nate came out to talk to me about what happened, and to get specifics for an estimate.
When the job started Nate explained the process to me, and what would be happening in the next days that they were here.
Nate and Tyler were very professional. On time the days they were here, cleaned up at the end of the day, answered any questions or concerns I had, and did a great job for what I hired the company for.
Cassandra at the office was awesome too. If I needed an invoice or report she would send them right over to me. She answered the phone promptly, answered all my questions and if she couldn’t she would call me back with an answer.
