We had a refrigerator filter burst in the middle of the night. By the time we heard it, the water had traveled from our main floor down to our family room, laundry room and garage. PuroClean of Westchester was notified by our insurance company. I received a phone call within a couple of hours and Peter and his co-worker were at our door soon after. Peter was terrific to work with. He was professional, informative, cordial, and knowledgeable. Although we had gotten a lot of the water cleaned up, Peter finished the job.He set up his machines, did what he had to do in checking under carpeting, and in the ceilings, and checked the drying out process for the next couple of days which by the way included a weekend. He assisted us in the insurance claim process as well as gave us suggestions as to what he felt needed to be done in the restoration process. I would highly recommend PuroClean of Westchester to anyone who has the misfortune of water damage in their home.

PuroClean is a great & reliable company. I had a pipe break in my garage causing water damage. I heard about PuroClean from a friend so I called them and they said they would be right over. They were at my house within about an hour. Peter and Eric showed up and immediately assessed the situation and helped me get everything out of my garage and basement. They were careful with my belongings and very professional. After everything was cleared out they used commercial grade equipment to evacuate the water and then commercial grade dryers to dry everything out. Pete came back the next couple of days to check the moisture amount in the house and was always there at the time of the appointment.
