Had water in our basement recently, was given information on this company and called. They were as fast and efficient with their response and clean up. They were honest when explaining their process, felt like they actually cared about me and the stress I was under and gave tips of how to prevent this issue again and did mold prevention! PuroClean was the second company to come into my home and help clean up after a leak that also caused mold to grow. The first company left water which caused the mold to bloom further.
PuroClean was very fast at coming in, assessing the further damage, cleaning the mold, and ensuring that my home was safe to inhabit again. I always felt confident in their advise as well as their quality of work. Their honesty was apparent from the first phone call to the last contact. PuroCleans prices were amazing and if I ever need professional cleaning again I will call them first! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Erica and Kevin were amazing. I discovered water damage in my basement bathroom (and I suspected the presence of mold) over a weekend, and I called PuroClean. Even though it wasn't usual work hours, someone was there to answer my call and help me. Erica called me back that day and scheduled a time for the coming week to come inspect the water damage in my house. She and Kevin were here four days cleaning, disinfecting, pulling up flooring, carefully removing parts of the wall to diagnose the problem. They answered so many of our questions and gave great advice about how to proceed, and they made recommendations for people they trust (like a general contractor and mold inspector). Erica was always helpful, honest and I felt as if she was genuinely looking out for my family. They sealed off the basement to prevent any mold from circulating around my home, and they were so careful about putting on boot covers whenever they entered my home (which might not seem like a big deal, but this is of upmost importance to me). Any damage to your home is stressful and seems to come out of nowhere, but the whole time I worked with Erica, I felt as though I had trusted the right person to help us through it. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.
