I couldn't be more pleased with my experience using PuroClean. I had a lithium-ion battery inside a Bluetooth speaker that exploded so severely that the insurance company considered it a total loss. There was a fine powder of black soot coating every interior surface, including the cloth seats and the cloth interior roof material. I chose to keep the car but needed someone to clean every inch of the toxic residue. Diriba and his team employed several techniques and equipment to tackle this almost impossible task. It was absolutely not a straightforward job, but I was given a fair price for the work, which was done promptly and in the time frame stated. He was very clear about what he could and could not do as some of the damage was more permanent. I really appreciated that straightforward, up front honesty and management of expectations. The final result was amazing! I really didn't know how much of this problem could be resolved and the car looked fantastic! He even had the outside washed so when I got it it was totally clean inside and out. He was also really communicative and answered all my questions completely.
