Over the past weekend I had a plumbing disaster with sewage and solid waste backing up into my mechanical room. Sunday Carson comes to my house to assess. Monday plumber fixes problem. Tuesday Puroclean does enough cleaning for the A/C firm to assess and remove all equipment. Puroclean comes back and finishes the clean now that they can reach all areas. The whole team was great to work with and did a great job. Carson and Erika are terrific and exceeded my expectations. Would give 6 stars if I could.
