Dishwasher broke and flooded my kitchen. Tommy from PuroClean came out did, all inspections and very thorough documentation for my insurance company. He completely explained the whole drying out process. Was very kind and patient with my hundreds of questions and was very compassionate and caring on the human, stress part of this situation. While I hope I never need the services of this type of company again, if I do I will definitely use PuroClean.
