Armed with advanced tools like moisture meters and thermal imaging technology, our team was able to accurately locate hidden pockets of moisture within the walls and ceiling that were not visible to the naked eye. The home had wet drywall, trim and water damaged flooring. This is the type of thing that can fester if left ignored – creating problems like mold and material deterioration down the line.<\/p>\n\n\n

Fortunately, we were able to act quickly and we used our specialized equipment to find all the moisture hidden in the structure. Then, using our detailed view of the water, we targeted the affected areas with drying equipment, dehumidifiers, axial air movers and selective demolition. This allowed for the required airflow to return the home to a safe and normal moisture level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
