I was referred to this company by a friend of mine and was so impressed by the responsiveness and care that they showed in the problem I was dealing with. I was dealt with a potential mold problem in the bathroom and was not looking forward to what I had to go through. However, Andy was extremely helpful and made the whole process as painless as possible. Andy was very thorough in explaining to me the steps that they were going to take and did an amazing job! The team was super careful, clean, and efficient. They gave me back my bathroom in less than a week, which I think any other company would have taken a few weeks to do. i had water damage unbeknownst to me a month ago from a master bedroom sink and had to clean it up myself when i discovered it. since it was a slow leak (its been probably a few months) and due to my lack of experience in water damage clean up and proper method, mold growth settled in in the master bath and spread to the master bedroom. i searched for mold removal restoration as well as clean up services and had the pleasure to work with Puroclean of Rowland Heights. Puroclean came to my house on time, assess the damage, went over the details on what had to be done and its cost and got to work immediately. when the work was completed they walked me through the job and i was completely satisfied. they were very professional throughout the job and not to mention efficient and clean (its hard to find contractors now a days that do not clean up after themselves) thank you, Andy, Sean and the Puroclean team for helping me get my home back into its original shape. will definitely recommend to anyone out there who is in need of home restoration services.
