Immediate Extraction and Moisture Control
Upon arrival, Daniel’s team discovered standing water and elevated moisture levels throughout the entire home. They began with an emergency water extraction, using professional-grade equipment to remove water pooled across the floors. The kitchen also required demolition of water-damaged cabinetry.
Detail Cleaning and Microbial Treatment
With demolition complete, the team moved into a detailed cleaning phase. Every screw and nail was pulled from the framing to prepare for rebuild. Each surface was HEPA-vacuumed meticulously to eliminate dust and any lingering debris.
Next, all exposed structural materials were treated with an EPA-registered anti-microbial spray to prevent potential mold growth. Finally, the team performed a full wipe-down of all exposed framing and structural components to leave the site clean and safe.
Final Dry-Out and Project Completion
Once cleaning was complete, the drying equipment was repositioned to target newly exposed areas. By the next day, all materials had reached industry-standard dryness levels, and the home was officially ready for reconstruction.
