Our team was called to a residence in Del Cerro where a burst pipe in a neighboring unit had caused extensive water damage. The affected areas included the living room, dining room, bathroom, and a bedroom. Removing Unsalvageable Materials
<\/strong>Following the drying process, we entered the demolition phase, where unsalvageable materials such as drywall, insulation, and flooring were carefully removed. This step is essential in preventing the spread of damage and preparing for restoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
