You’ll be the face of our brand—engaging local businesses, building referral networks, and cross-promoting our restoration partner, PuroClean.
This is not a desk job. It’s a field-based, B2B relationship role with big upside for someone who knows how to connect, follow up, and hustle.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- • Represent 1-Tom-Plumber as the primary brand—think pink plungers and fast plumbing response.
- • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial managers, and real estate pros.
- • Execute a structured weekly route (50–60 visits/week).
- • Attend and host networking events, lunch-and-learns, and community events.
- • Identify and refer opportunities to PuroClean for water, mold, and fire damage clean-up.
- • Keep detailed records in HubSpot CRM—referrals, follow-ups, and weekly reports.
- • Post field visits to social media (we’ll train you if needed).
📊 Performance Targets:
- • 50–60 visits per week
- • 8–10 new referral partners weekly
- • 20+ plumbing referrals per month
- • 2+ PuroClean cross-referrals per month
- • 2 lunch-and-learns hosted monthly
- • Weekly CRM activity and reporting
