We hired PuroClean after our house fire. They were prompt, VERY professional, and knowledgeable. They handled every detail with our insurance company, making the process stress-free for us. They provided excellent customer service. They took great care packing, cleaning and returning my furniture and personal belongings. It was comforting to meet their staff and know they are all local families. I was grateful for how hard and how quickly they worked to restore my home. PuroClean understood the difficulty and the stress of a house fire and made the process the best experience for the situation. They were wonderful to work with!
