Remember the Detergent Dispenser
Detergent and fabric softener can leave behind residue in the detergent dispenser over time. Remove the dispenser if your machine is designed to allow it, then rinse away buildup with warm water and clean the surrounding area.

Run Your Washing Machine On A Cleaning Cycle
