The team at PuroClean are professional, responsive, and truly customer focused. I contacted them for a leak in my basement, and they were able to send a technician out within a few hours. Sergio was extremely helpful; he identified the source of the leak (chimney), discussed next steps to stop the water intrusion and potential remediation, and referred me to a roofer and chimney company to address the leak. The team followed up with me multiple times after Sergio’s visit to see how things were progressing which I was very appreciative of. I cannot recommend PuroClean enough, and they will be my first call for any future needs.
