I had water damage due to a broken sprinkler pipe at my condo. Joe and Jon came same day removed my soaked carpeting and hooked up dehumidifiers and fans to dry the area. Nate did a follow up next day. Sergio then came with his team Drew Sal and Eddie to continue the mitigation of removing wet walls ceilings baseboards and setting up additional dehumidifiers and fans to speed up the drying process. This was my first time dealing with a Restoration Company and hands down they are the Best. Everyone is super professional and sooo very kind caring friendly helpful and patient. They covered all my furniture with plastic to prevent any further damage moved furniture for me put drop cloths down to protect my floors and vacuumed the area. Their work and clean up is above exceptional. I highly recommend Puroclean for their above excellent service. Joe Jon Sergio Drew Sal Nate and Eddie are super pleasant and awesome. While my personal stress level was incredibly high, my mind was calmed by his description of what needed to be done, how to handle what needed to be done and a reassurance from him that they were there to help and not create more stress. I cannot express my joy at having Sergio and his crew help me over the last 5 days. They respected my things, my house and most of all me. They were knowledgeable and protective of my health which made it even better.

Sergio was extremely helpful; he identified the source of the leak (chimney), discussed next steps to stop the water intrusion and potential remediation, and referred me to a roofer and chimney company to address the leak. The team followed up with me multiple times after Sergio’s visit to see how things were progressing which I was very appreciative of.
