Had a water leak just before new year and John was able to come out next day and start remediating the issue and removing all the water loaded materials. Has come back twice to check on the drying process and has been extremely responsive. 5 stars!

I gave John at PuroClean a client that had mold issues on Topsail Island. No matter what my clients did to try to keep the mold away it kept coming back. John and his crew was prompt in contacting my clients and they did and outstanding job in finding out where the mold was coming from and they have removed it. ur HVAC system in our attic leaked for 2 days before we detected it - causing moisture inside the walls down to the kitchen as well as wet carpeting in 2 bedrooms. John McCall and his PuroClean team were quick to respond with cutting-edge technology and solutions that immediately addressed the issues, minimized the damage and properly dried out the walls, flooring, insulation and ceiling. We were most impressed with the knowledgeable staff and their focus on drying the moisture in a safe and efficient way. Their industrial fans and dehumidifiers are new and relatively quiet, which made the whole process feel "clean" and definately helped the project run smoothly. The price was absolutely fair. The team was professional and had excellent follow through and communication. We would strongly recommend PuroClean to meet your water or fire restoration project. 5 stars!

John is a stand up guy! We contacted him after severe water damage due to a storm in the area outside of normal business hours. John didn’t hesitate to meet with us and provided immediate assistance. His response time helped save our home from mold overgrowth and further damage. He was very considerate of our financial losses, and worked with us to meet our needs.
