BONITA, Ca. – (October 1, 2022) – PuroClean, one of the country’s leading property restoration and remediation franchises, today announced the opening of PuroClean of Bonita in southern San Diego County, led by owner Tyrone Thomas, Jr., the owner of PuroClean of Clairemont, also in San Diego. With the opening of PuroClean of Bonita, Thomas and his team of trained restoration professionals are expanding their property damage mitigation services in San Diego beyond Clairemont to residential and commercial customers in the surrounding Bonita area.
“I started my career in the restoration and remediation industry because I have always had the passion and desire to help others,” Thomas said. “I have been doing this work for so long that I knew one day it would be natural to make the jump and open my own location. Today, I am the proud owner of my second PuroClean office. I am also very proud of the team I have and the work we do. We are excited to launch this new business and continue growing our presence in the area.”
Born and raised in San Diego, Thomas earned his business degree from San Diego Mesa College. Throughout his career, Thomas worked in the environmental safety, construction, and restoration industries. Over the last nine years, he fast-tracked his way through the restoration industry, starting as a technician and advancing to project manager, then supervisor, and then production manager.
Tyrone’s brother Sean Thomas and Tyrone’s fiancé, Marife Jarillo, join Tyrone as silent partners at both PuroClean of Clairemont and PuroClean of Bonita. Sean brings with him nine years of experience in the environmental health and safety industry, and like his brother, Sean has spent two years working in the restoration industry and holds a Certified Healthcare Safety Profession (CHSP) certification. Marife helps oversee operations at both PuroClean locations.
