About PuroClean Emergency Property Recovery

Our New York-based PuroClean team repairs homes and lives in Queens County, Kings County, Nassau County, the Bronx, and we also service the Westchester area. We pride ourselves, especially on our customer-focused staff. We make sure all of our customers’ inquiries and needs are satisfied while educating them on the restoration process.  

Our PuroClean office has the skills and experience to handle any job that comes our way. One of our most extensive jobs was a biohazard that had been left undiscovered for more than two weeks. Our franchise motto is “never too obscene for PuroClean,” and we went straight to work to bring back peace and tranquility into a home that was having a very difficult time. We managed to completely deodorize the home, rid all toxins, eliminate and discard any damaged contents in the home and restore its original luster. The other tenants of the home and family were very appreciative and could not stop thanking us. We were very proud of their reactions, considering the level of disruption it was doing to their lives.

We love the area we serve because of the diversity and dedication of our fellow New Yorkers’. We settled in NY because we love the people, the food, the entertainment, the employment opportunities, and the fact that this is the greatest city in the world!  

Our Owner

Our owner Sammy Shrem is a proud New Yorker who grew up in Brooklyn. Sammy is a successful entrepreneur with a stellar track record of business accomplishments and a reputation for proven and confident leadership. Building from his first success at age 16 as founder of one of his first cellular telephone retail stores, he has achieved exceptional results in the telecommunications and real estate industries and continues to take his knowledge and hard-won industry experience to the next level. His focus is on creating an impeccable standard for customer service. 

When a customer contacts PuroClean, we are very polite on the phone and in-person. We listen to every concern the customer has. Our aim is to get as much information about the customer’s loss as soon as possible so that we can provide them with the most productive plan for their particular needs.

Once at a job, each member of our crew is introduced to the homeowner and whoever else is on site. We walk through the process with the customer, while providing detailed information on our process. We always make sure each step of the process is accurately communicated to our customers. We make sure our timetables are always congruent with whatever time the homeowner sees fit and perform our job duties to the best of our abilities.
