Are you a high-energy, motivated professional who thrives on building genuine relationships and driving outside sales growth? If you want a role where your hustle directly impacts your earnings, you belong on our team.
PuroClean of Stafford is a premier property restoration firm specializing in emergency mitigation services for water leaks, commercial and residential fires, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup. We operate with a “servant-based leadership” mindset, fostering an environment where our team members grow professionally by providing empathy and elite service to our communities. We are looking for a relentless Business Development Representative to serve as the face of our brand, open doors, and build long-term referral partnerships.
Position Summary
As a Business Development Representative, your primary mission is to build and maintain a strong network of repeat referral sources. This is a consultative, relationship-driven outside sales role—not a high-pressure transactional position. You will execute structured daily marketing routes to educate key decision-makers on why PuroClean is the gold standard in emergency restoration. Your ultimate goal is to ensure that when property damage occurs, our team is the very first call they make.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management & Route Sales: Execute a disciplined, high-volume daily marketing route system (averaging 15–20 structured field stops per day) to establish consistent face-to-face contact with prospects.
B2B Relationship Mapping: Identify, cold-call, and cultivate high-value referral relationships with commercial property managers, real estate agents, plumbers, HVAC professionals, facility directors, and insurance agents.
Consultative Value Positioning: Educate partners on our specialized industry capabilities, rapid response times, and standard-setting mitigation protocols.
CRM & Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate and daily logs of territory activity, contacts, pipeline progression, and follow-ups within our web-based CRM software.
Community & Industry Networking: Represent PuroClean at regional trade shows, local Chamber of Commerce meetings, BNI groups, and industry association events.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with our operations and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and absolute customer satisfaction from initial referral to job completion.
What Makes PuroClean Different?
You (Business Development Representative) will be selling services backed by the highest certifications and compliance standards in the country. Our franchise proudly features:
IICRC Certification: Fully certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
OSHA Compliance: Safe, strictly regulated, and highly disciplined jobsites.

Business Development Representative Position Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or route marketing is highly preferred. Experience within the restoration, construction, or property management sectors is a significant plus, but we are fully prepared to train the right individual.
Communication Skills: Elite interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You must be comfortable making in-person introductions and cold calling corporate decision-makers.
Organization: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of managing an independent field schedule efficiently.
Technical Comfort: Ability to learn and operate primary operating systems, tracking logs, and mobile CRM applications daily.
Credentials: Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean, acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary coupled with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.
Performance-based bonuses and sales accelerators.
Paid comprehensive industry training and career advancement opportunities.

A supportive, values-driven team culture centered on integrity and growth.
