I had a frozen pipe burst at 5:30am and Alex Zislis, who is the main boss, and his PuroClean team was on site within the hour. They made me feel reassured in a time where I felt very violated. You never realize how you will feel to see water pouring out of the ceiling onto your belongings. It’s a very disturbing feeling.
