A Systematic Property Damage Restoration Approach.
When a customer first calls, we ask if this is an emergency that needs to be addressed urgently and if this is a water or fire damage. During emergencies, our crew leaves to help as soon as possible. If the issue is a non-emergency, we will agree to a time for an initial visit. After we complete initial visits and review estimates, we will present a contract to the customer and schedule work based on the scope of the job we have agreed to complete. Assuming there is insurance involved, we request the homeowner to authorize PuroClean Mitigation Services to communicate with their insurance adjuster directly in order to expedite the claims process. We will post information to the job folder daily, as work progresses, and these updates will be made available to the customer and the insurance adjuster. Our goal is to keep all interested parties up to date. Once all work is completed and verified by the homeowner, we will provide a final cleaning, as appropriate. At that time, we will ask homeowners to provide us with valuable feedback that will help inform the ways we handle future jobs.
PuroClean Mitigation Services provides state-of-the art services locally, responding rapidly to your call for water, fire, and mold related crisis. Our goal is to contain the damage to the “wounded” property and facilitate the healing process. Your PuroClean Mitigation Service team has the highest levels of certification in the nation. At our office, we love to interact with the community we serve. Whether it is seeing a live performance of the Houston Symphony or our favorite performer at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, taking the children to the Woodland’s Children’s Museum, hiking on the George Mitchell Nature Preserve, visiting to the Woodlands Art League, taking a bus or waterway tour, or golfing, there are so many different options for enjoying your time in the Woodlands Area! There is wonderful shopping and dining, too numerous to mention, with lots of choices from sushi and barbecue to sliders and fine cuisine. The diversity present in the Woodlands is invigorating and enjoyable, which helps us to focus on the quality of life every day. The Woodlands offers affordable cost of living including housing, food, utilities, and schools. Many corporations have located their headquarters and large operations in here, making it much easier to live and work in the same area. One can enjoy the benefits of a big city, Houston while enjoying the amenities of living in a smaller community. In the Woodlands you can have the best of both worlds. At our office, we love the feeling of being near the woods, the quiet in the backyard, and the friendliness of our neighbors. It is wonderful that the merchants quickly learn our names and talk to us when we visit. Mostly, we enjoy the shopping, dining, and business opportunities in this part of the Houston metroplex.
