A Systematic Property Damage Restoration Approach.
Every situation and project is different so you may be asked a few questions as we strive to better understand what has happened and how we can be of service. In some instances, you may be asked to await a call-back, but especially in emergency situations, you may be transferred to a senior manager to arrange an immediate response by a team leader. This initial phone call is so important that 95% of these calls are connected to our owner, director of client services, or senior team leader. We all understand there is never a good time for property damage. We're prepared to respond quickly. We can help!
We treat every project large or small as if it was our own property. We recognize that when a "small" project is underway in your home or business it is a "big" deal. We are proud to have worked in the home of ex-President Bush, which required Secret Service clearance. We've also worked in various government offices, including the Department of Homeland Security. It has been rewarding to work in the homes of many professional athletes and public figures. We specialize in medical facilities, clinics, and hospitals, including one very time-sensitive state-registered mold remediation project in the sterilization center of a major hospitals surgery unit. Many of our projects have been completed in restaurants, shopping malls, big box stores, warehouses and factories. Be assured every project from modular homes to mansions will receive the best service our team can provide.

We have grown slowly but steadily to become one of PuroClean's largest offices. We have consciously built what Jim calls a "culture of quality." We have never run a "help wanted" ad, as Jim has personally found, selected, and hired every member of our team. Everyone is personable, communicative, empathetic, and passed this simple test: would Jim allow them to work in his home, with his family, if he were not present? Our unique value proposition distinguishes us from our competitors. We base value on both quality and customer satisfaction so that we can honestly promise we will treat your property as if it was our own. The results of this philosophy will be obvious when you see the awards and accolades our team has earned.

We love everything about the North Texas region. It truly has something for everyone. There are so many things to do and experience, including professional sports, entertainment, and dining experiences. With a school-age daughter, the quality of education opportunities and sense of community were very important to Jim. There were so many great choices in DFW but his family settled on Frisco and love it. We love the small town feel of our community but also enjoy the benefits of living in a cosmopolitan city.
Our Texas-based Team:
We are an IICRC "Clean Trust" Certified Firm. Our team is proud to be certified by the IICRC in Water, Mold, Sewerage, Fire/Water, Structural Drying, Commercial Drying and Safety. We also have industry certifications in Subrogation and Air Duct Cleaning. We are licensed at the highest level by the Texas Department of State Health Services as both a Mold Remediation Company and Mold Remediation Contractor. Every employee is licensed by the state as "mold workers." Together, our team has over 150 years of restoration and reconstruction experience.
Jim Bauer, President: Jim founded PuroClean Restoration Specialists in 2009. He first moved to Collin County with his wife and daughter in 1995. By focusing on quality and customer satisfaction, Jim and his team strive to treat every project as if it was their own personal property. Now an award winning Restoration Company, and perennial winner of Angie’s List Super Service recognition, Jim operates one of the largest PuroClean offices in the country.
