Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
• Utilize your expert knowledge of Xactimate, Corelogic, and Dash to accurately estimate project costs and timelines
• Lead and coordinate with restoration teams to deliver excellent service and results
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and vendors throughout the restoration process
• Oversee all aspects of project management, from initial assessment to final walk-through
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and completed on time

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Expert knowledge of Xactimate, Corelogic, and Dash software
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once with excellent time management skills
• Must reside in Ocean County, NJ
• Reliability, with a strong attention to detail
• A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
